I'm Amatullah (Felicia) Mc Mullen, CPM, LM your community midwife!
Years ago, I saw how my community was hurting from lack of knowledge, and support during one of the most important events of their life, childbirth.
It became an interest of mine, to learn how to support women and their families during this most special occasion.
I have been attending births for over a decade, and have been a midwife for close to five years!
I care deeply about helping my community learn more about childbirth, parenting, motherhood, and wifehood. Seeing families do well—healthy moms, dads, and babies—means everything to me. As a midwife, I truly look forward to each new family I get to support.
- I enjoy traveling, I have lived in West Africa and have also visited Mekkah and Medinah.
- I have three children, two of which were born at home, and one who was born in the hospital.
- I love African, Caribbean, and middle eastern food.
- I really enjoy camping, and the outdoors
