Meet The Midwife

Amatullah Felicia Mc Mullen is a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) and Licensed Midwife who has held a license to practice Midwifery in the States of Oregon, Maryland, and Virginia. She now lives in Philadelphia, PA were she is open to taking clients within her reach! Amatullah has been attending births professionally since 2013. In 2021, she successfully completed her accredited midwifery degree through the Midwives College of Utah which is known for its rigorous education and excellent clinical opportunities.

She has had extensive experience practicing midwifery alongside senior and top-rated licensed midwives in Davis and Oakland California, and Orem, Utah. Before completing midwifery school, she lived and attended births in Senegal, West Africa alongside traditional midwives. Amatullah is also a Mother herself. Having given birth to two of her children at home, she knows the difference that informed choice and out-of-hospital birth can make. She combines the best practices from the traditional midwifery model of care, and the medical model of care to provide a comprehensive and skilled out-of-hospital midwifery practice. Her priority is to help her clients, stay informed, grow in confidence, and become prepared so that they can have a positive and fulfilling birthing experience.

All of her experience is said without self amazement and only to provide you with information about her background and experience. Anything good about her, or from her is because of Allah.
